I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was best possible adjacent to shopping malls and the beach and lagoon. I really enjoyed the room with patio, my bed was good. The staff was perfect and charming, offered fantastic services. The breakfast had variety of options, bread and yoghourt.
Onsite Michelin star rated restaurant was good with thoughtful staff. Warm drinks at pool bar, impeccable service.
Everything was good, perfect location near the nature reserve & beach, the staff were brilliant.
The hotel is luxury and clean, nestled in a very good building. Elegant, warm rooms.
We greatly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was healthy.

It was quite comfortable time in Maspalomas. Lots of food for breakfast including eggs, bread, bacon and hot waffles. Hotel was tidy. Not to mention strong wifi!
We loved staff and food, they were ideal. There was an amazing pool on site too. Location near an own beach. Plus it was in a commercial area.
Views were not so great.
I enjoyed my chill out stay. Isolated location, awesome facilities. Reasonably priced room, great bed, luxury bathroom. The food was good, and the staff of this hotel was always accommodating. The property was joyful and the rooftop restaurant was lovely.
Everything was outstanding, SUPERB service and pleasant staff. Absolutely perfect location to explore Maspalomas. The room was decent, and carpeted too. Small garden and excellent pool.
Staff were exceptionally warm and we enjoyed our time there.

Excellent staff and rooms, fantastic experience. Balcony was a bonus. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like Pili Pili that was only 10 minutes' walk away🙂
near to la charca. a few steps away from cafeteria paraiso, where you can have lunch. perfect for city trip.
Will be back, if in Maspalomas.

Everything was excellent, helpful staff, magnificent views of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and plentiful, really enjoyed its service. A stylish hotel, my first choice in Maspalomas.
